The location is perfect, close to restaurants, attractions, and shops. Historic Downtown Kissimmee district is worth visiting. The rooms are modern and equipped with a flat-screen TV, climate control, and a seating area. The rate of US$92 is affordable and reasonable.

It was just OK. There was nothing outstanding about this place. I had to transfer to another room because of the smell in the first. The second room was clean enough.

Again it was just a place to stay.

The hotel was in an ideal location, on the tube.

The rooms here were spotless and had fancy hypo-allergenic pillows – super comfy! 🌟 I liked that there were lots of cool things in the room like a large TV with all the channels, AC, and a cozy sitting spot.

It has pinapples everywhere, we joked about it being SpongeBob's house

The credit card machine didn't work. The ice machine didn't work. The advertised price was $93 and it was $140.

It was a value for the money paid and is close to a lot of restaurants and other activities..

The tax was not included and the fees were a little more than advertised on the website :(

Poor service, rooms smelled like mildew and musk, the fire alarm fell down almost hitting my son in the head, and no matter what you did in the bathroom, the floor was still soaked with water like a swimming pool from the shower! I would never, never, never stay there again! I would rather sleep in my car!

The staff here is always helpful and excellent, ready to assist whenever needed, and the room amenities such as the writing table and storage were greatly appreciated.
